Welcome to Pro Se Litigation Alliance  (here after referred to as " PSLA")! We are happy to have you here and to be of service to you. Your PSLA with our mission and our vision is very important to us. We will succeed if we work together under acceptable terms.


The simple terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern membership in Pro Se Litigation Alliance, usage of our website(s), product purchases, services, and all other transactions and interactions. Pro Se Litigation Alliance, which includes its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and members, is referred to herein as “ PSLA,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours,” and the like. You are referred to herein as “you,” “your,” “yours,” “member,” and the like. Together, you and we are the “ PSLA.”


By becoming a member, using our website, purchasing our products, utilizing our services, volunteering, or otherwise participating in PSLA, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


  WHO WE ARE:  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring justice for all. We teach our members to act “Pro Se” or litigants or parties representing themselves in court without the assistance of an attorney are known as "Pro Se Litigants". “Pro Se” is Latin for “in one's own behalf.” The right to appear pro se in a civil case in federal court is defined by statute 28 U.S.C. § 1654.(to represent themselves) in legal matters; we provide free services to the poor; we assist victims of injustice; we educate the public, and we advocate for the prevention injustice in our court system and we expose, investigate and litigate official misconduct.


  PSLA  is made up of non-attorneys, victims of injustice, crime victims, parents, children, families, friends and relatives, wrongly disbarred attorneys, disgruntled government employees, grass-root organizations, social groups, businesses, and many others in all walks of life, working together to ensure justice for everyone who are willing to learn, follow the law, be professional, be truthful, and take whatever lawful action necessary to obtain justice for themselves and other members of the PSLA, for our families and communities.


We are funded primarily by membership fees, donations, sales of products and paralegal services - We will be seeking federal, state and private funding for various educational programming. You can also support us by shopping at PSLA's Virtual Book Store through Amazon. We seek to build an contingency of millions of like-minded individuals, to fulfill our mission, and, at the same time, to take back our courts and government offices from those using them to ripoff taxpayers, oppress and discriminate against the indigent, as well as fight the continued injustice of ineffective assistance of counsel, prosecutorial misconduct and judicial bias.

  WHO WE ARE NOT:  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance's officers, directors, program directors and litigation specialist are not attorney's. We share our knowledge, expertise, experience with the communities we serve.  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance educates our affiliates and members on how to represent themselves in court, share general information and articles, as well as refer them to professionals who can consult with them.  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance do not represent anyone in court or render legal advice on the law or on their case.  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance provide a service to educate our communities through seminars, training, blogs, articles and newsletters. Our affiliates and members use of the seminars, training, blogs, articles and newsletters obtain from this site is at their own risk. Our affiliates and members are responsible to verify case law and other information that is obtained from this site or other members affiliated with Pro Se Litigation Alliance.  


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance   and its affiliates and members will not be liable for any damages, losses or causes of action of any nature arising from any use of information obtained from its seminars, training, blogs, articles and newsletters obtained from this website.


  Pro Se Litigation Alliance is not anti-government, unprofessional, abusive with our actions, we are not, and have no intention to be violent in any way, not represented and/or represent a political party, profane, abusive with our words, written or spoken, liars, as well as unreasonable, vexatious, or frivolous.


  MEMBERSHIP:  


You can be part of Pro Se Litigation Alliance by paying the appropriate annual dues of membership.


When you become a member, you gain access to our various educational materials and products and services not available to the general public. Membership is intended for individuals fighting against the injustices endured by them and their community in the criminal justice system, as well as in civil and family court. Annual membership fees are your annual dues to be part of Pro Se Litigation Alliance's mission.

This membership is for access to member-only content on our website, which would include PSLA Webinars to help them represent themselves, 24/7 Consultation on criminal, civil and family law issues, Pre-Public Edition our Pro Se Legalese Newsletter, as well receive discounts on products, and services.

  Corporate/Organization Affiliate Membership  

This membership is for access to member-only content on our website, which would include PSLA Webinars to help them represent themselves, 24/7 Consultation on criminal, civil and family law issues, Pre-Public Edition our Pro Se Legalese Newsletter, as well receive discounts on products, and services. We will provide these members with a referral link in our Community Directory.

  Term of Membership:  


The term of membership is one-year, expiring at midnight on the same date the following year.


Notice of expiration of your membership will be sent to your email address approximately 30-days prior to expiration. Your membership will automatically renew upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received by your anniversary date, your membership will be canceled. You may reopen a canceled membership at anytime by paying the annual fee for the current year and any unpaid previous years; however, your anniversary date will always remain the same.


  Payment of Annual Dues:  


Payments of annual membership dues by credit card or other acceptable electronic means will be processed by PayPal. Please refer to PayPal's terms and conditions of payment during checkout. If you prefer to pay by mail, send your check or money order to Pro Se Litigation Alliance, 7201 Frankford Avenue, Suite 115, Philadelphia, PA. 19135.


  Refunds, Cancellation, and Other Terms and Conditions of Membership:  


There are no refunds of membership dues. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us at info@proselitigationalliance.org. Memberships are not transferable. Membership fees are subject to change without notice at our discretion.


  USING OUR WEBSITE(S):


In addition to the terms and conditions herein, when using our website and its features, you agree to abide by any posted guidelines or rules, which may be modified from time to time without notice. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated herein by reference.


Because our members, affiliates and grass-root organizations in general, will be encouraged to learn about how to defend themselves against injustice on our website(s), we have one hard-and-fast rule that applies not only to the Pro Se Litigation Alliance as a whole but also to all who visit and use our website(s): No profanity, obscene, offensive language, pictures or other mediums. By using our website(s), you agree to refrain from using profanity, obscene or offensive language, pictures or other mediums in our forums, in your comments, or in any other public format on our website(s).

  Pro Se Litigation Alliance is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity—monetary contributions are tax-deductible. Donations of time and money in any amount are greatly appreciated!

Any use of Pro Se Litigation Alliance's website(s) and/or participation in the Pro Se Litigation Alliance – whether it be as a member, non-member, volunteer, service provider, or any other capacity, on our website or at an event – will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
